At Cj & Bear Magnetic Memories, every product is custom-made with love and care using your personal photos, making each order truly one of a kind. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Products & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind..
However, your experience matters to us, if you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Order Process
What you upload is what we print, please ensure your images are high quality.
We do not take responsibility for poor-quality images (e.g. blurry, pixelated, screenshots).
Minor variations in colour, cropping, or alignment may occur and are not considered faults.
Orders are processed quickly, often the same or next business day.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders must be **paid in full before production** begins.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
4. Damages, Faults or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Clear photos and a brief description of the problem
5. Licensed Content
We do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked material (including characters, brands, or team logos).
Orders containing this content may be cancelled.
6. Social Media Permission
By default, permission to share non-identifying images of your order is enabled at checkout.
